I am 37 at the moment, with 2 children under 4, 2 black labs, 2 camper vans and 1 lovely man. All living down in Dorset UK. I love eating too much, drinking and crafts. I am a hobby jumper.....there I said it....phew. I am desperate to learn resin jewellery making, thats my next thing
SO I haven't been here for awhile. There are several reasons for this, firstly my 2 kids have both been struck down with chicken pox and at the same time I have developed a cough/cold!! Our house is very germy.
Secondly I haven't put any new items in my shop until yesterday and thats because I finally got in some resin and managed to play around with it.
Being originally a Surrey Bird aka a lady from Surrey I thought it would be fun to make a card of the same title. So here it is.
I have been busy over a few days making some new cards. I have been having so much fun that I haven't even thought to update my blog. I now have quite a f… Continue
Yesterday I decided that I should give in to my way off painting which is very basic and very childish. I spent years wishing I was some fantastic artist who could paint lifelike or inspiring pictures. So i have put a stop to it and will now just paint the way my subconcious wants me to paint, so yesterday I painted some robots and put them in my shop. They may never sell but I had enormous fun doing them.
Well, this is interesting. I have never blogged before and now I am here I am not sure what to write. So I will just say a quick hello to all those that are reading this. And show you one of my card creations before I log off. This is from an original design that I drew and then coloured in using a computer program. Its been sent to a photographic printer so is very glossy. I hope you like it.
Can you do me a favour... can you send me a message here with the code included... maybe I can see where the problem is.
If you where doing it yesterday there could have been a bug in teh DaWanda system, as they where updating the site...
Yes you can add a DaWanda widget to your page here. All you need to do is look under your profile box and there will be a text box. Press 'edit' and add the DaWanda code from your shop.
You can find your DaWanda shop code by logging onto your dawanda shop page... at the bottom of your shop page there is an 'intergrate these products with your website button'. Press that and you will be taken to the screen where you can make your widget. Choose your row and column numbers (how many you want to show) and choose your colours (you can press preview here if you want to). The code is then worked out for you, so all you need to do is copy the text in the little box and paste this into your page here. Once you press save your page here will reload with the shop link showing.
