I am a twenty-something full-time professional living in the Philadelphia, PA, USA metropolitan area and also going back to school part-time for a Masters degree in Software Engineering. So, my life is generally busy, hectic and stressful and I am always on the lookout for some time to myself to just relax. Making jewelry (usually while a movie or TV show is on) is one way that I de-stress. My jewelry designs reflect my life in that I have a tendency to pick stones and colors that are meant to soothe and calm. I also go with more simple, classic designs that I can successfully wear in a professional, corporate workplace.
