New Earrings

I've definitely caught the wirewrapping bug! I've made these earrings using loads of silver along with some Bali silver beads and some pretty faceted lolite rondelles. I tried to make a pendant but it hasn't worked properly, primarily because I made it too big. I've wasted loads of precious silver wire on it and it's going to have to go in the bin. Ouch!!! I hate wasting anything, so this really hurts.

Best get on with putting these earrings in my shop!

uhm, where was I? anyway, you can gather all your scrap silver and when you've got a small heap of it, you can sell it to a goldsmith. It won't be as much as you paid for the wire, but still it's worth quite a bit! :-)

I've got an tiny, old marmelade jar in which I gather all my shavings (silver shavings, thank you) and unlucky blobs and crooky wire bits...maybe one day they'll become a creation of their own, who knows!

Anyway, love the earrings! :-D
